Maqere Exports was established in 1978 as an export company based in rural Tavua. Over the years the company has evolved and now includes a large sister company, “Get Fresh” in Mangere, New Zealand. “Get Fresh” has recently opened a new retail outlet which includes fresh produce, Fiji groceries, a fish shop and restaurant. With a stable and reliable market outlet, Maqere Exports has been working with farmers from Sigatoka to Rakiraki to source over 40 different fruit and vegetable products.
